I have just recently got Halo Wars, which serves as a prequel to all of the games that have been released as of now. Chronologically speaking, it takes place six years after the battle of Harvest, the first battle between the UNSC and The Covenant. Unlike the other games in the Halo series, which are first person shooters, this one is a RTS (real-time strategy) game. There are units that are both familiar to Halo players like the Warthog and Ghost, while also adding some new ones, like the Vulture and Vampire. The game, from what I can tell, offers a good challenge on normal difficulty. I would suggest it if you're new to RTS games, or to fans of RTS's, but using the controller is not the same as using the mouse to do things. After getting to the end, I won't spoil anything, but you have every right to be mad at the final level in both a game play perspective as well as a story perspective. But despite its flaws, its still a great game and I encourage you to play it. Or is it something you've already beaten? Leave a comment describing your own opinion.
I'm a bit new to this, so I don't really have much to say. So, I look forward to making this blog as easy to use as I can.
