Just recently, I have started to play Halo 4 on legendary, which at first it doesn't seem so bad, but, you should realize that Legendary is the Halo series' equivalent to a very hard mode. I've only beaten just the first level, but even on that I died at least twelve times, in one spot. And the enemies, for an accurate comparison as to how much damage they do to you versus the damage you do to them, imagine if you were using an airsoft gun, while the covenant is using live ammunition. And oh god, I dread having to go against the Promethean knights.
Not only are they much stronger than even Hunters, they can also teleport and deploy little annoyances called Watchers which can both revive and shield them, they're packing very strong weapons like the Binary Rifle and Incineration cannon which are one hit kills. They will be death, lots of death, on both sides.

In Halo 4, it is unlocked by completing the campaign on legendary. If one were to watch Red vs Blue, they would notice that Grif, Simmons, Sarge, Agent Washington, Epsilon, Tucker, and for a period of time, Caboose. Now realize that every character in Red vs Blue is played by a different player. If they didn't do it all at once, imagine how much they went through. |
